As I see it

This blog began as I was preparing to leave Ohio to work in Vietnam. Now, having completed my volunteer term of three years of teaching English in Vietnam and then going back to Ohio, I have found myself back in Long Xuyen, Vietnam.

Here are some links that are related to my life. Possibly from my work in Long Xuyên, possibly from my N.G.O., or maybe they're just random.

I worked with Tyler for two years in Long Xuyên at An Giang University. We still keep in touch now.

Steven and I lived in the same house and worked at An Giang University for nearly two and a half years. Now he's back in Australia.

Lillian was my colleague, and also singing partner, at An Giang University for a year and a half.

I met Ben and Alisa at MCC orientation in Akron, Pennsylvania. They've finished their assignment in Laos and are now back in Ontario, Canada.

Rebekah and I met in college and she joined MCC less than a year after I did. She has finished her MCC assignment in Bangladesh and is back in Pennsylvania.

Erin Wahl was a fellow English major in college and after two ESL teaching stints in China, she's back in Ohio.

Erin Miller and I were good friends through college. She's been living and working in Indiana since 2004.

Kari was my mentor at our college newspaper and she graduated a year before me.

Hendrik was a German student studying for his MBA at An Giang University for nine months or so.

MCC was the N.G.O. that I served with for three years in Long Xuyên, Việt Nam

I've moved

Well, I decided to migrate this blog on over to Wordpress. After using this template and service for nearly six years, I needed a fresh start. All of the old posts have been moved as well, but I haven't been able to figure out how to move the comments. Without further ago, here's the new location of my blog:
